Current Vacancies:

Job Title: Database Logistics Administrator
Contract: Full Time
Location: Liverpool
Salary (£): Negotiable

Main Role:

  • Support Certification Manager in daily running of Asset Panda (uploading documents, reporting, data entry, tidying up Asset Panda with improvements through daily use)
  • Verification of actions, certificates, and document uploads
  • Second verification of cert packs in Data Base
  • Review of OEM equipment list to preliminary build Planned Maintenance
  • Ensure Asset details correct in CMMs as new equipment added & removed/transferred.
  • Secure information Alerts & Bulletins from OEM and upload into system

Secondary Role:

  • Logistics with supporting /organizing transportation of equipment, from small couriers to container and daughter craft
  • To assist in general stores duties/driving for collections and deliveries.
  • Stock inventory accountability for weekly stock take reviews
  • Warehouse/Stores co-ordinator in receiving packing items Eddie/Keith dedicated in PO/Material Purchasing

Requirements:

  • Clean Driving License.

Job Title: Tender Engineer
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Liverpool
Salary (£): Competitive

Main Role:

  • Production of high-quality tender submissions, ensuring all processes are adhered to
  • Liaising with technical teams to ensure the correct technical approach is advised and offered to the client
  • Liaising / Negotiating with third party suppliers and vessel brokers to ensure the most commercially competitive quotation is received
  • Writing the proposal documentation, collating information from relevant departments
  • Pricing the tender including contacting third party suppliers and vessel brokers to ensure the most commercially competitive proposal is achieved
  • Collating the tender in full, identifying any deliverables required and coordinating the production of these accordingly.
  • Hosting / Attending Internal and External tender meetings where necessary
  • Addressing tender clarifications and liaising with the team to ensure all the questions can be addressed.
  • Efficient handover from tendering to operations, ensuring all departmental requirements are captured
  • Liaising with Commercial & Tendering Manager to ensure all risks are captured and mitigated

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree qualified in engineering subject (survey, marine, offshore related is preferred)
  • Experience in ROV / Diving / Survey role preferred but not essential
  • Good communications skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, Self-driven and Assertive.
  • Substantial experience using MS Office including word, excel and powerpoint.
  • Proactive in prioritising own workload and assigned areas of responsibility to others.
